At PRESTIGE INTERIORS - FZCO, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every order. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refund Policy
Custom-Made Products:
As we specialize in customized interior solutions, all custom-made products and bespoke services are non-refundable once an order is confirmed and production has commenced.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To process your claim, we may require photos and a detailed description of the defect or damage.
Once verified, we will offer one of the following options:
Replacement of the item.
Repair of the item.
Refund, if replacement or repair is not feasible.
Standard Products:
For non-customized items, refunds may be provided if the item is returned unused, in its original packaging, and within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
2. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation (Before Processing):
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that processing or production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@prestigeheaven.com.
Order Cancellation (After Processing):
Once the order has been processed or production has commenced, cancellations are no longer possible, particularly for customized or special-order items.
3. Return Conditions
Returns will only be accepted if:
The product is unused and in its original condition.
It includes all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
A valid proof of purchase is provided.
Please note:
Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or modification will not be eligible for return or refund.
Shipping costs for returning items (except for defective or wrong products) will be borne by the customer.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order products.
Clearance or sale items.
Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
